BARRIERS TO HEALTH CARE: STORIES FROM THE WA STATE DEAF & DEAFBLIND COMMUNITY

Is the Americans with Disabilities Act working to protect the civil rights of the Deaf community? Shawn Broderick explores the experiences of Deaf, DeafBlind patients of medical service providers in Washington State. Deaf, DeafBlind, and their children (CODA) share their emotional stories.
